Beyond the entryway one enters the Honor courtyard.
Apartments of the priory father were on one side, while on the other,
buildings were given over to lay brothers for a bakery, workshops
etc.
The first floor, now occupied by the inn, was kept as brothers'
cells. The brothers were the workers who accomplished the tasks
necessary to the life of the community.
